The Kintsugi Capsule Collection is inspired by the ancient Japanese technique of repairing broken ceramic objects by rejoining the fragments with gold dust, thus creating a new, more precious item. The collection – part of Fondovalle's new?line of porcelain-clad bathroom furnishings, Shape – offers the ability to customize pedestal and wall-mounted washbasins.
Each unit features a thin metallic strip, enhancing the contrast between two?different material effects. Available in a pedestal option, wall-mounted single washbasin and wall-mounted double washbasin. Designers can choose from up to 29 stylistic effects including cement, marble, metal and resin to create a custom washbasin.
